Step 1 – Complete the Request For Info form to submit your information to us so we can contact you.

Step 2 – Upon our receiving of your request for information on a Blendz Franchise, you will begin receiving a series of emails from us that highlight different aspects of the Blendz Franchise System. Please review these emails in great detail as they will provide you with answers to many of the initial questions you have regarding our Franchise Model.

Step 3 – Complete the Franchise Application Form online or download it here and fax it to us at 408-273-6766. Upon receipt a Blendz Franchise Sales representative will contact you to follow up on your request and to answer any questions that you may have regarding the Blendz Franchise Model and Opportunity.

Step 4 – You will receive an email to you that includes instructions on how to download our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). The FDD contains copies of contracts, expenses, our financial statements and detailed information about the Blendz Franchise Model and the Company. Your Franchise Agreement is also included in the FDD.  The Federal Trade Commission requires  that all parities interested in the purchase of a franchise acknowledge receipt of the FDD, at Blendz you automatically acknowledge receipt if you chose to download the FDD, however should you request a paper copy of the FDD you must sign and date the FDD receipt page and return it to use via fax or us mail.

Step 5 – There is a 14 day waiting period from the date you receive the FDD before you can purchase your franchise. The waiting period begins the day after you sign and date your receipt. You should read your FDD carefully. We suggest that you have a franchise attorney, CPA, or other business advisor examine the FDD

Step 6 – Contact your franchise representative with any questions you have regarding the information contained in the FDD

Step 7 – Upon your decision to buy the franchise, you must determine the designated area for your franchise. After your area has been determined, you will be sent an execution copy of the agreement (all material blanks filled). You will need to review this copy for 5 business days before being able to execute the agreement. Once your territory has been set and your 5 day waiting period has been met, you will need to send Blendz the signed franchise agreement and the non-refundable Franchise Fee to reserve your area. The Franchise Fee must be in the form of a cashiers check, wire transfer or money order. Your Blendz Franchise Representative will assist with signing the Franchise Agreement.

Step 8 – Your next step is to secure a location! Blendz will assist with both site selection and lease negotiation.

Step 9 - Training will be scheduled as close as possible to the date upon which you begin operating your Blendz Franchise. Corporate representatives will assist you during your store opening and ensure that all store activities are moving forward smoothly.
